Geo. Walker
Geo. Walker, also given as George Walker, was held at Folsom Prison in Folsom, California. In August 1881, newspapers reported that five prisoners tried to escape by overpowering a guard and taking weapons, and that other guards pursued them and killed Walker.
Cause of death, as reported: Killed by staff. Guards pursued the escaping prisoners and shot Geo. Walker, according to the report.
