Gal Foster
Gal Foster was held in the jail at Rayville, Louisiana. According to a brief item in the Semi-Weekly Interior Journal, published January 12, 1892, a mob seized Foster from the jail and lynched Foster along with another man. Foster's name is the only detail the item gives about the person.
