Frost
Frost was one of three men, named in a San Francisco dispatch only by their surnames, whom a mob took from a constable at Willette in Mendocino County, California. The newspaper reported that the men were hanged. The constable was holding them when the mob came for them. The dispatch does not say how the constable responded to the mob.
