Edward Morris
Edward Morris, 34, died in August 2018 while held in a single-person cell in the supermax unit at the Varner Unit prison in Gould, Arkansas. A spokesperson for the Arkansas Department of Correction said the cause had not been confirmed and that drug-related deaths would not be surprising. KATV later reported that a State Police investigation attributed his death to smoking the synthetic drug K2, which the investigation treated as an overdose.
