Deshawn Coley
Deshawn Coley, 39, died on May 2, 2017, while held at the Forsyth County Law Enforcement Detention Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office said he had a medical episode and became unresponsive. Medical staff began CPR but could not revive him, and his body was taken for a postmortem examination. The State Bureau of Investigation is conducting an independent investigation into the death.
