Dennis Hagerty
Dennis Hagerty was held in the jail at Maysville, Colorado, in July 1883. According to a newspaper dispatch published the next day, a group of citizens took him from the jail and hanged him on July 11, 1883. The dispatch is the only account of the death in these sources.
