David Rios
David Rios, 51, died on November 13, 2015, while held at the Elmwood Correctional Facility in Milpitas, Santa Clara County, California. The Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office said a correctional deputy found him unresponsive in his cell around 8:20 a.m., and he was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead about an hour later. The sheriff's office said detectives, the district attorney and the medical examiner were notified, and the medical examiner's results were pending, so the cause and manner of death have not been disclosed.
