David John Stevens
David Stevens, 58, was held at the Monterey County Jail, and on January 12, 2014, jail staff took him to Natividad Medical Center in Salinas after he reported difficulty breathing. He died at the hospital on Monday, January 20, 2014. The Monterey County Sheriff's Office said, citing hospital officials, that he died of natural causes complicated by the flu, and that a final doctor's report had not yet been issued.
