Culberth Harris

Culberth Harris was held in the jail at Pine Bluff, Arkansas, in February 1892. A Los Angeles Herald report published February 15, 1892 says a crowd gathered after John Kelly was lynched, rushed the jail, secured Harris, hung his body in the air and shot it many times. The Grenada Sentinel account describes a mob breaking the jail open and hanging a man there, without naming him.
