Cody Gray, 32, died at Sterling Correctional Facility in Colorado on Monday, August 11, 2014. The Colorado Department of Corrections said his death appears to be a homicide and that two other people held at the prison were accused of killing him. The department's Inspector General's Office is investigating with help from the Colorado Bureau of Investigation. His death was the sixth killing at the prison since 2010, and the state prisons chief ordered a review of those deaths.
