Chadwick Willacy
Chadwick Scott Willacy, 58, was executed by lethal injection at Florida State Prison on April 21, 2026, and was pronounced dead at 6:15 p.m., according to WUSF. Before the execution he received visits from his mother, two sisters and a cousin. In a brief final statement he apologized to his family and friends and urged other men on death row to stay strong, and he maintained his innocence.
