Cesar Dizon
Cesar Dizon died in August 2024 at a Guam prison, where court documents say he was stabbed multiple times in the minimum-in unit. A corrections officer found him on the floor during an hourly check. Another man held at the prison has been charged with aggravated murder in his death. The Guam Department of Corrections said its internal investigation found the assigned officer followed all supervision policies, and that the prison has since restructured its command and tightened screening for the unit.
