Billy Hall
Billy Hall died on March 19, 2018, after corrections officers at the Butler County jail found him unresponsive around 8 a.m. An emergency crew took him to Fort Hamilton Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Butler County Sheriff's Office and the county coroner are investigating, and the cause and manner of death have not been determined.
