Benjamin Pierce
Benjamin Pierce, a 39-year-old man, died on May 21, 2022, while held at the Harris County Jail in Texas. According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, he had been placed in a single-person holding cell, and jail staff found him unresponsive around 4:30 a.m. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.
