Alexander Hill Jr.
Alexander Hill, 52, died on September 1, 2018, at Dickenson Community Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. He was held at Red Onion State Prison in Virginia. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner of Virginia attributed his death to a pulmonary embolism, a blood clot in the lungs.
