Alane Davis, 61, died while held at the Denver County Jail in Denver, Colorado. According to the Denver Sheriff Department, she was found unresponsive in a housing unit at about 2:40 p.m. The Denver Office of the Medical Examiner identified her, and her cause and manner of death remain under investigation by the medical examiner and the Denver Police Department.
